1. Pattern

We identify the working patterns behind inconsistent performance — what’s happening, when, and why it matters.

We isolate the root cause, whether emotional, cognitive, operational, or executive‑function based.

I work directly with ADHD and ADHD‑trait employees to help them:

•     understand the emotional logic behind their work patterns
•     identify the drivers of hesitation, overwhelm, and inconsistency

•     build systems that support focus, planning, communication, and follow‑through
•     reduce friction in collaboration
•     deliver predictably under pressure

This is a workplace‑focused diagnostic process designed to strengthen both the individual and the organisation - without relying on constant adjustments or accommodations around the employee.
